Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to conduct vascular ultrasound studies focused on the lower extremities and provide an exceptional patient experience.

You will perform venous insufficiency, mapping, and duplex studies, document findings, and work in a vein clinic environment with access to PACS/EMR. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, on-site work, and paid training with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound programme.
• Current RVT, RVS, or RPhS credential, or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Experience performing venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping and venous duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images.
• Strong communication skills in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, venous reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic, vascular laboratory, or related vascular imaging environment.
• Utilise PACS and EMR systems to document studies, manage images, and support clinical workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal modalities.

Position Summary

As a Vascular Sonographer at USA Clinics Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ultrasound examinations focused on the vascular system. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough vascular ultrasound assessments on patients, specifically targeting the lower extremities, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process.

Position Details

• Location: Must be able to commute to: Southampton, Bustleton, Trenton, optional Marlton as needed.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Compensation: $40-$50/hr based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, venous reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies if applicable such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic, vascular laboratory, or related vascular imaging environment.

• Apply broad sonography knowledge when appropriate, including experience with general ultrasound modalities such as OB/GYN and abdominal.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound programme, required.
• Current RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist), RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist), or RPhS (Registered Phlebology Sonographer) credential, or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days is required.
• Demonstrated experience performing venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex studies is preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality diagnostic images, required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a patient-focused healthcare environment, required.
