Job summary

USA Clinics Group in the Philadelphia area seeks a Vascular Sonographer to perform vascular ultrasound examinations focused on the lower extremities while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will conduct thorough studies and document findings in the clinical workflow.

The role requires independence, strong communication, and the ability to work in a patient-focused environment. Located near Southampton with comprehensive paid training and a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program, required.
• Current RVT, RVS, or RPhS credential or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Experience performing venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping and duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing as applicable.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic, vascular laboratory, or related vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document studies, manage images, and support clinical workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal modalities when appropriate.

Position Summary

As a Vascular Sonographer at USA Clinics Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ultrasound examinations focused on the vascular system. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough vascular ultrasound assessments on patients, specifically targeting the lower extremities, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process.

Position Details

• Location: Must be able to commute to: Southampton, Bustleton, Trenton, optional Marlton as needed
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Compensation: $40-$50/hr based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

• Current RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist), RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist), or RPhS (Registered Phlebology Sonographer) credential, or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days is required
• Demonstrated experience performing venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex studies is preferred
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality diagnostic images, required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a patient-focused healthcare environment, required
