Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. in Humble, TX seeks a Registered Nurse to provide clinical care before, during, and after vascular procedures on a PRN basis. You will perform assessments, monitor vital signs and cardiac status, and document care while assisting physicians during procedures and post-sedation recovery.

The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license, CPR and ACLS, and at least 2 years of critical care experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current RN License.
• CPR required.
• ACLS required.
• Minimum of 2 years critical care clinical practice in ICU, ER, Cath Lab, PACU, OR or Interventional Radiology
• Must be confident and comfortable with interpreting EKGs and responding appropriately to rhythm changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care pre, intra, and post vascular procedures.
• Obtain clinical data including physical assessment and vital signs.
• Monitor cardiac status and document care.
• Assist physicians during procedures and monitor sedation.
