Job summary
Pantheon Health System, LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You will examine patients, collect medical histories, interpret tests, and work with physicians to develop treatment plans for residents in nursing homes, assisted living, and home settings.
The ideal candidate holds valid state licensing, communicates well, and demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and charting skills, with experience in medical terminology and diagnostic
Qualifications
- Examining patients, taking medical histories, and charting in records.
- Reading diagnostic tests and interpreting data to inform care.
- Prescribing therapy or medication under physician supervision as part of care plans.
- Experience with medical terminology, charting, and diagnostic tests.
Responsibilities
- Examine each patient, take a detailed medical history, and chart everything medically important in their records
- Read test results, interpret data appropriately, and make diagnostic suggestions based on those results
- Explain to the patient test results and expected health outcomes
- Prescribe medication or therapy with a physician overseeing as part of a larger health plan
- Work closely with nurses, other Physician Assistants, and Physicians to formulate a full, comprehensive treatment plan
