Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program; Master's degree preferred.
• Current applicable state Medical License and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Use medical decision-making to determine patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the medical team for team-based care.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics; explain procedures to patients.
• Perform procedures per department guidelines.
• Participate in basic science and clinical research.
• Precept students and medical learners when possible.
• Uphold Advocate Health Wake Forest Baptist missions, values, and culture.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
