Advocate Health is seeking a Physician Assistant for the Cardiology group in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with a pay range of $51.05 to $76.60 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Graduation from an accredited PA program is required, with NCCPA certification and a current state medical license. A Master’s degree is preferred and there is an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic medical team, participate in teaching and research, and support

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Current applicable state Medical Board Medical License, NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Use medical decision-making to determine patient care plans.
• Collaborate with medical team for team-based care.
• Order and interpret lab studies and diagnostic procedures; explain procedures to patients.
• Perform department-relevant procedural skills.
• Participate in research projects and potentially precept students.
