Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health seeks a Supervisor, Vascular Technology to plan, coordinate, and oversee Vascular Lab care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Lead a team, ensure policy adherence, and maintain patient confidentiality in a busy clinical environment.

You will supervise scheduling, timekeeping, and staff development while performing high-quality vascular exams per ARDMS/ICAVL standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent education is not required; required education includes High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of an accredited allied health program with a vascular ultrasound externship.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) is required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, coordinate and control Vascular Lab care in accordance with licensure and clinic standards.
• Lead and supervise Vascular lab staff; develop staffing, HR policies and ensure quality patient care.
• Perform non-invasive vascular exams per ARDMS/ICAVL standards and clinic protocols.
• Conduct performance appraisals, set goals, and coordinate with Clinic Manager and Medical Director.
• Ensure accurate patient data entry, proper billing, and timely reporting of findings.
