Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with WA license.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Clinic Manager, Medical Director and staff to set goals and provide tools to achieve them.
• Supervise nursing operations, ensure quality patient care and confidentiality, oversee infection control and staff performance.
• Record vital signs, assist with exams, and update patient records; supervise HR activities and staff scheduling.
• Administer medications as ordered and communicate test results and prescriptions to patients and laboratories.
• Lead staff performance appraisals and ongoing development; ensure policy implementation and regulatory compliance.
