Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health seeks a Supervisor, Vascular Technology to lead and coordinate vascular lab operations across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will plan staff, assign priorities, and ensure compliance with ARDMS/ICAVL standards while safeguarding patient confidentiality and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include performance appraisals, scheduling, interdepartmental communication, and ensuring accurate reporting and timely billing.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED at hire.
• Completion of an accredited allied health education program and externship in vascular ultrasound.
• Registered Vascular Technologist at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of vascular lab operations and staffing.
• Perform high-quality non-invasive vascular exams in accordance with ARDMS/ICAVL standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and set goals with clinic staff.
• Prepare accurate reports and ensure timely notification of findings to referring providers.
• Enter patient data accurately and ensure compliant billing and documentation.
• Serve as liaison between patients, interpreting physicians, and referring providers.
