Qualifications

• Vocational or Technical training in Vascular Technology or Biological Sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in Vascular Technology or Biological Sciences preferred.
• Registration as a Registered Vascular Tech required.
• More than 10 years related work experience and 3–5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with computer systems including MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programmatic and clinical operations management of the Vascular Laboratory.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the vascular lab.
• Manage staff including hiring, evaluation and performance reviews.
• Direct budget development, productivity reporting and profitability analysis.
• Plan marketing strategies for business growth and vendor relationships.
