Job summary

Boston Medical Center seeks a full-time Sr. Vascular Technologist for its IAC Accredited Vascular Lab. The Lead Sonographer will supervise staff, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality non-invasive vascular studies.

With collaboration among surgeons, cardiologists, and neurologists, you will oversee education and QA, while maintaining clinical excellence in peripheral, arterial, and venous duplex studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates in Vascular Tech/Ultrasound or BS/AS plus a vascular ultrasound cert.
• Minimum 4–5 years of vascular ultrasound experience.
• ARDMS RVT certification or RVT registry within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vascular sonography team and supervise staff.
• Oversee professional development and mentorship for sonographers.
• Ensure adherence to ARDMS standards and IAC accreditation requirements.
• Maintain QA/QC for vascular studies and imaging quality.
• Coordinate education for staff and residents in the lab.
