Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to oversee daily clinical operations across multiple vascular clinics and a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on coordinating agency clinical programs and ensuring quality and compliance in a 24-hour context where applicable.

The position emphasizes supervision of vascular sonographers, IAC accreditation management, and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience, preferably dedicated Vascular imaging experience, including supervisory experience.
• Active RVT credential is preferred.
• ARDMS certifications required within specified timelines.
• CAAHEP/ACCSC accreditation or ARDMS alternative accepted if eligible.
• BLS certification required.
• CME requirements must be met as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of Duke Vascular Sonographers and clinical operations within the Vascular Ultrasound Lab.
• Oversees IAC accreditation and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with the patient and care team.
• Report key performance indicators to departmental leadership.
• Assist in teaching ultrasound students and training new sonographers; provide coverage when necessary.
