Duke Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Services to supervise the Vascular Ultrasound Lab and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical operations across multiple Duke Vascular sites in North Carolina.

The role requires extensive vascular imaging experience, leadership, and compliance with accreditation and CME requirements to ensure high-quality patient care and education. Comprehensive schedule will be weekdays with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant clinical experience, preferably vascular imaging.
• Active Registered Vascular Technologist credential (RDMS/RVT) or eligible.
• Graduate from a CAAHEP/ACCSC accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program; ARDMS may substitute.
• Maintain CME requirements for specialty.
• RDMS Level I in abdomen, obstetrics/gynecology, or vascular; registered within 12 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the Vascular Ultrasound Lab.
• Ensure IAC accreditation and quality control.
• Communicate with patients and care team; report KPIs to leadership.
• Assist in teaching ultrasound students and training new sonographers; provide coverage when needed.
