The Vascular Care Group in Lowell, MA is expanding with a state-of-the-art Vascular + Vein Center. We seek an Office Manager to drive growth, efficiency, and day-to-day operations, partnering with Tufts Medicine, Lowell General Hospital, and Commonwealth Radiology to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a medical office or outpatient setting with ownership of operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with a proactive mindset across all functions.
• Proactively manage and optimize provider schedules to maximize capacity.
• Champion patient experience with root-cause corrective actions and satisfaction metrics.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach staff with performance reviews and meetings.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling coverage and resource allocation.
• Oversee patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collections.
• Drive outreach to grow patient base and expand service reach.
• Support accreditation processes and clinician credentialing/licensing.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and labor law compliance.
• Lead operational projects from inception to execution.
• Liaise with hospital and partner affiliations to support referrals and operations.
