Vascular Institute of the Rockies in Denver, CO seeks a dedicated Paramedic to support clinic and procedure-based care. You will room patients, collect vital signs, obtain ECGs, document histories, and assist with in-office procedures in a fast-paced vascular surgery practice.

This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities to learn specialty skills, with rotating duties between Denver and Wheat Ridge locations. Certification as a Paramedic/EMT is preferred and EMR proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Paramedic/EMT experience required; certification preferred.
• Experience in surgery or procedural settings strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred).

Aufgaben

• Room patients promptly and prepare them for provider visits and procedures.
• Verify social history, medical history, surgical history, allergies, current medications, and reason for visit.
• Obtain and document blood pressure, pulse oximetry, heart rate, temperature, and ECGs.
• Document patient history, vitals, medications, and visit-related details in the EMR.
• Assist providers and nurses with in-office procedures and sterile technique.
