Responsibilities

• Engages in unit governance and quality initiatives.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the team.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and patient safety.
