Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina (NP/PA/other).
• Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.

Responsibilities

• Obtains relevant health history and conducts physical assessments.
• Develops differential diagnoses and treatment plans with evidence-based medicines.
• Orders or prescribes appropriate pharmacological therapies per privileging.
• Maintains comprehensive medical records and supports quality initiatives.
• Educates patients and families about conditions and follow-up care.
• Leads educational activities and participates in outreach and program development.
