Job summary

HonorHealth's John C Lincoln location in Phoenix seeks a Vascular Access Specialist RT for part-time Day shifts. You will manage arterial lines, PICC and central venous access, use ultrasound guidance, and support patient care teams with accurate line placement and documentation.

The role requires 2 years of respiratory care experience with vascular access procedures, valid RCP/RRT credentials, and ongoing certification readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for clinical practice.
• 2 years respiratory care experience required.
• 5 years vascular access experience preferred (arterial/PICC/CVC).
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) and RRT required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Insert and maintain arterial lines, midlines, PICC lines and other vascular access devices.
• Use ultrasound to guide insertions and verify catheter placement with X-ray review.
• Maintain sterile technique and document accurately in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians on long-term access needs and policy adherence.
• Assist in procedures and patient education as needed.
