Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Vascular Access Specialist RRT for the Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale. You will perform arterial/venous access procedures, using ultrasound guidance, and contribute to patient assessments and line management during night shifts.

The role requires strong catheter insertion skills, catheter care, and documentation in the EMR, with opportunities to support quality improvement and staff training. Sign-on bonus available up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CoARC approved Respiratory Care program and obtain RRT credential.
• 2+ years of Respiratory Care with arterial/central line exposure preferred.
• Current ACLS/BLS certifications and state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Inserts and maintains arterial lines, midlines, PICC and central lines.
• Uses ultrasound to guide line insertions and reviews chest X-rays for placement.
• Maintains sterile field and documents in the EMR; supports quality initiatives.
• Assists with procedures and provides education to staff and patients as needed.
