Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a qualified Vascular Access Specialist (RRT) for the Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on arterial and venous access including arterial lines, PICC, and central lines, with ultrasound guidance and coagulation management.

The position supports respiratory therapy duties and patient assessments in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have ARRS/AHA-aligned credentials, CoARC-approved education, and relevant experience in invasive line

Qualifications

• 2 years Respiratory Care experience required
• 5 years respiratory care experience with arterial line insertion, IV insertion, PICC and/or Central line insertion preferred
• RCP license required, RRT credential required
• ACLS and BLS certifications current required
• Arizona Respiratory License required

Responsibilities

• Insert and maintain arterial lines, midlines, PICC lines, and other vascular access devices per policy
• Use ultrasound to assist line placements and verify catheter tip placement
• Perform routine line maintenance, dressing changes, and transducer checks
• Assist with respiratory therapy procedures and patient monitoring
• Contribute to quality improvement and policy development in vascular access care
