Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• One or more years of RN experience.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams.
• Experience with vascular access is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and determine vascular access needs.
• Insert and maintain peripheral IV lines and other vascular devices according to standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and bedside teams to support care.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene as needed.
• Educate patients and families about vascular access therapies and care.
• Document assessments, procedures, and outcomes accurately and timely.
