Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health's St. Luke's Medical Center is seeking a part-time PRN Registered Nurse for the Vascular Access Team.

The role supports patient care across the center with a minimum commitment of 24 hours in each six-week scheduling period, and additional shifts based on department needs. The RN will apply the nursing process, monitor patients, and maintain patient safety and accurate documentation while collaborating with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Uphold safety culture and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
