Qualifications

• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reassess as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocol.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care to promote understanding.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
