Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust for better outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance in the healthcare environment.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care within the health care team.
• Engage in professional development and performance improvement activities.
• Respond to code situations with timely interventions to stabilize patients.
