Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Associates Degree , minimum required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred.
• Current OH RN License.
• BLS certification.
• Relevant vascular access or ultrasound experience required.

Responsibilities

• Bedside insertion of PICC, midlines, and peripheral IV catheters under ultrasound guidance.
• Examine, assess, and evaluate vascular access devices.
• Provide education to patients and family on the procedure and line care/maintenance.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, professionalism, and accountability in meeting hospital needs.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation within the medical record.
