Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking an Registered Nurse for inpatient care at our Milwaukee facility. This on-site role focuses on assessing and delivering nursing care to an adult population within an inpatient setting.

Required licensure in Wisconsin or a multi-state license, and BLS certification within 90 days of hire. BSN is preferred; nursing theory and practice knowledge are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin RN license or multi-state (NLC) license.
• AHA BLS or approved equivalent within 90 days of hire.
• BSN is preferred, with commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for inpatient adults.
• Provide evidence-based care aligned with ANA standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Rotational shifts: three 12-hour shifts per schedule week, Holidays coverage as specified.
