Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL, seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Vascular Access Team. The role offers full-time hours (36 per week) with evening and day shifts, and requires a current IL nursing license.

3+ years in a similar role is preferred; PICC insertion certification is required within 6 months of hire. The pay range starts at $36.00 and goes up to $55.80 per hour, with a new minimum of $37.25 starting October.

Qualifications

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• Education: NLN-accredited program; BSN strongly preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
• Experience: 3+ years in a comparable role preferred; PICC insertion certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
