Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in El Paso, TX is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care during vascular access procedures, monitor patients, educate families, and ensure safe, efficient workflow in a high-volume ambulatory center.

You will work under the guidance of the Facility Manager, Director of Nursing, and Charge RN, maintain medical records, perform IV insertions, administer moderate sedation as ordered, and participate in CQI initiatives to uphold quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RN licensure required in the state where practice occurs.
• ACLS certification required.
• Associate's Degree desirable; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with Medical database software and office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care pre, during, and post procedure under supervision.
• Assist physician during procedures with sterile technique as needed.
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures; manage adverse events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information from admission to discharge.
• Administer medications and IV moderate sedation per orders; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain facility environmental integrity and safety; participate in CQI activities.
