Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a Vascular Access Registered Nurse (RN) to provide vascular access services across the Houston market. The role focuses on PIV, midline, and PICC insertions with emphasis on patient care, precise documentation, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires Texas RN licensure, BLS certification, and ultrasound-guided access competency. PRN schedule and strong collaboration with facility staff are expected.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license and active BLS certification.
• Experience with peripheral IVs, midline, and PICC placements.
• Ultrasound-guided vascular access training is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PIV, midline, and PICC insertions in assigned facilities.
• Assess patients to determine vascular access needs.
• Use ultrasound as needed and maintain sterile technique.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and providers on care plans.
• Document findings accurately and timely.
