Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist to execute the Medication Delivery Solutions clinical strategy, delivering education and support to customers. The role involves coordinating training, performing vascular access education, and working with regional teams to optimize clinical outcomes.

Travel up to 70–80% is required, with a base salary range and annual incentive plan. The ideal candidate will have BSN preferred, strong clinical background, and proven training abilities.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN preferred and licensed to practice.
• 5 years nursing experience with 3 years ultrasound-guided vascular access experience (PICC/midline).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven training skills to conduct educational courses.
• Willingness to travel up to 70–80%.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel and expense budget.
• Provide monthly updates on regional training activities.
• Facilitate customer training classes for conversion/retention.
• Collaborate with regional team to support customer engagements from pre-sale through post-conversion.
• Develop strong relationships with end-users and provide in-servicing and clinical education.
• Provide routine follow-up support at end-user locations.
