Movado Group, Inc. is hiring a VAS Pre-pack Clerk in the US to prepare and pack orders per customer guidelines. You will pre-pack, label, and perform 9-point quality inspections, while ensuring accurate serialization and traceability.

You will also conduct front-end QC on bulk orders, participate in cycle counts, and support multiple departments as needed. A strong detail focus and ability to work evenings/weekends are essential.

Formación

• Position requires standing, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged sitting and use of both hands while packing watches into gift boxes.
• Willing to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Movado Group brands is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• High energy, strong work ethic and team player mindset.
• Data entry experience is helpful.
• Cross-training across multiple warehouse functions is possible.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English.

Responsabilidades

• Quality control at front-end for bulk and multi-tote orders on rotating schedule.
• Perform value-added services in Olivia Burton, including assembling gift boxes.
• Assist in special projects and support other departments as needed.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy KPIs; suggest improvements.
• Participate in cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, ergonomic workspace and follow safety rules.

The VAS Pre-pack Clerk is responsible for all details involved in the preparation and packing of orders based on customer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-pack, label customer orders in accordance with SOPs and customer Value Added Services guidelines.
• Perform 9-point quality inspections on every order processed at the pre-pack table; document and elevate any discrepancies.
• Complete product serialization tasks and maintain accurate traceability records.
• Perform Quality Control at the front-end area on bulk and multiple tote orders on a rotating schedule and communicate errors directly with management.
• Perform Valus added services in Olivia Burton, including assembling gift boxes
• Assist in special projects and provide support in various departments and functions as required by the business
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy KPIs; actively suggest process improvements and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in cycle counts and the year-end physical inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ergonomic workspace; follow company safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Position requires standing, bending, squatting, lifting/ pushing/ pulling up to approximately 50lbs.
• Position requires prolonged sitting and use of both hands while packing watches into corresponding gift boxes
• Ability to work additional hours when required is a MUST (evenings and weekends if necessary)
• SAP knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of MGI brands /product lines a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented with a high focus on accuracy and quality
• High energy and a strong work ethic
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and a team player mindset
• Data entry experience helpful
• Sense of urgency a must
• Ability and willingness to assist other departments as required by the business
• Adaptable and eager to learn new tasks, with the ability to be cross trained across multiple warehouse functions
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English

The hourly range for this position is from $16.50 to $17.50.

The hourly rate is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
