Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a VAS Pre-pack Clerk to prepare and pack orders in line with customer guidelines, focusing on accuracy, labeling, and timely fulfillment in our warehouse operations.

You will perform quality inspections, serialization, and value-added services such as gift-box assembly for Olivia Burton, while collaborating across departments and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English: reading, writing, comprehension.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends.
• Experience with data entry is helpful.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-pack and label orders per SOPs and VAS guidelines.
• Perform 9-point quality inspections and document discrepancies.
• Complete product serialization and maintain traceability records.
• QC at front-end on bulk/multi-tote orders; report errors to management.
• Perform value-added services in Olivia Burton, including gift-box assembly.
• Assist in special projects and cross-department support as needed.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy KPIs; suggest improvements.
• Participate in cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Maintain a clean, ergonomic workspace and follow safety requirements.

The VAS Pre-pack Clerk is responsible for all details involved in the preparation and packing of orders based on customer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-pack, label customer orders in accordance with SOPs and customer Value Added Services guidelines.
• Perform 9-point quality inspections on every order processed at the pre-pack table; document and upscale any discrepancies.
• Complete product serialization tasks and maintain accurate traceability records.
• Perform Quality Control at the front-end area on bulk and multiple tote orders on a rotating schedule and communicate errors directly with management.
• Perform Valus added services in Olivia Burton, including assembling gift boxes.
• Assist in special projects and provide support in various departments and functions as required by the business.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy KPIs; actively suggest process improvements and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in cycle counts and the year-end physical inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ergonomic workspace; follow company safety requirements.

Requirements

• Position requires standing, bending, squatting, lifting/ pushing/ pulling up to approximately 50lbs.
• Position requires prolonged sitting and use of both hands while packing watches into corresponding gift boxes.
• Ability to work additional hours when required is a MUST (evenings and weekends if necessary).
• SAP knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of MGI brands /product lines a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a high focus on accuracy and quality.
• High energy and a strong work ethic.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and a team player mindset.
• Data entry experience helpful.
• Sense of urgency a must.
• Ability and willingness to assist other departments as required by the business.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new tasks, with the ability to be cross trained across multiple warehouse functions.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English.

The hourly range for this position is from $16.50 to $17.50. The hourly rate is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
