Responsibilities

• Pre-pack and label customer orders per SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform 9-point quality inspections on orders and document discrepancies.
• Complete product serialization and maintain traceability records.
• Carry out QC at front-end for bulk and tote orders in rotating shifts.
• Assist with gift box assembly for Olivia Burton orders.
• Support cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy KPIs and participate in cycle counts.
• Maintain clean, safe, ergonomic workspace and comply with safety rules.

The VAS Pre-pack Clerk is responsible for all details involved in the preparation and packing of orders based on customer guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:*** Pre-pack, label customer orders in accordance with SOPs and customer Value Added Services guidelines.* Perform 9-point quality inspections on every order processed at the pre-pack table; document and escalate any discrepancies.* Complete product serialization tasks and maintain accurate traceability records.* Perform Quality Control at the front-end area on bulk and multiple tote orders on a rotating schedule and communicate errors directly with management.* Perform Valus added services in Olivia Burton, including assembling gift boxes* Assist in special projects and provide support in various departments and functions as required by the business* Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy KPIs; actively suggest process improvements and waste-reduction initiatives.* Participate in cycle counts and the year-end physical inventory* Maintain a clean, organized, and ergonomic workspace; follow company safety requirements.## **Requirements:*** Position requires standing, bending, squatting, lifting/ pushing/ pulling up to approximately 50lbs.* Position requires prolonged sitting and use of both hands while packing watches into corresponding gift boxes* Ability to work additional hours when required is a MUST (evenings and weekends if necessary)* SAP knowledge a plus* Knowledge of MGI brands /product lines a plus* Organized and detail-oriented with a high focus on accuracy and quality* High energy and a strong work ethic* Must have a positive can-do attitude and a team player mindset* Data entry experience helpful* Sense of urgency a must* Ability and willingness to assist other departments as required by the business* Adaptable and eager to learn new tasks, with the ability to be cross trained across multiple warehouse functions* Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English The hourly range for this position is from $16.50 to $17.50.
