  • Promote student-athlete growth, sportsmanship, and positive character.
  • Supervise and manage student-athletes during practices, competitions, and team activities.
  • Prepare teams for competitions and coach during games with professionalism.
  • Prioritize athlete safety and follow all injury prevention and emergency protocols.
  • Establish and enforce team expectations aligned with school and district policies.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and athletic staff.
  • Assist with program administration, including equipment, records, and required documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
