Job summary

Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking an energetic head varsity softball coach to lead our student-athletes and foster a positive educational environment. This role requires prior softball experience or playing background and a dedication to skill development and positive coaching.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching softball, or playing competitive softball.
• Ability to motivate and teach student-athletes in a positive educational environment.
• Demonstrated effective coaching skills.
• Knowledge of softball skill development.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with players, parents and staff.
• Establish a strong and positive team culture that values leadership, responsibility, and respect, and aligns with JBHA's core values.
• Build meaningful relationships with players and families as it pertains to softball.
• Drive student-athletes to practices and matches in team van when needed.
• Support the athletic program and student-athletes.
