• Prior experience coaching lacrosse or playing competitive lacrosse.
• Ability to motivate and teach student-athletes in an educational environment.
• Demonstrated effective coaching skills.
• Knowledge of lacrosse skill development.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with players, parents and staff.
• Teach the game of lacrosse at both the individual and team levels.
• Establish a strong and positive team culture aligned with JBHA’s core values.
• Build meaningful relationships with players and families as it pertains to lacrosse.
• Drive student-athletes to practices and games in team van if needed.
• Support the athletic program and student-athletes.
