Job summary

Liberty Christian School in Argyle, TX is seeking an Upper School Assistant Coach to support the Varsity Head Coach in all aspects of the assigned sport. The role includes instructing athletes, coordinating practices, and supervising games and facilities.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), excellent communication skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities. Experience in coaching and being CPR certified is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership and facilitative skills.
• Preferred coaching experience in assigned sport.
• CPR certified.
• Serve as a Christian role model.

Responsibilities

• Support the Varsity Head Coach in all aspects of the assigned sport.
• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training.
• Coordinate with Varsity Head Coach on uniform and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise all practices, games, and athletic facilities.
• Develop a weekly communication plan for parents and faculty.
