Job summary

LIBERTY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL is seeking a Girls' Assistant Soccer Coach to support the Liberty High School soccer program. This role focuses on developing players, implementing game plans, and promoting sportsmanship across all levels from 8th grade through varsity.

The coach will work under the Head Coach, lead off-season conditioning, and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, competitive program that aligns with district guidelines and state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred; 60 college credit hours minimum.
• Missouri State Teaching Certificate or NFHS Coaching Course required.
• CPR/AED and Sports First Aid Training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes opponents' strategies to develop game plans for matches.
• Assists Head Coach in off-season programs to develop athletes.
• Communicates program needs and expenditures to enhance the athletic program.
• Supervises student athletes to ensure safe participation and monitor eligibility.
