Job summary

Foundation Academies is seeking a High School Varsity Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in delivering a safe, organized scholar-athlete-centered program. You will teach sport-specific skills, prepare practices and competitions, supervise athletes, and uphold program culture with emphasis on reliability and development rather than wins alone.

Responsibilities include assisting in practices, supporting tryouts, and coordinating team operations while maintaining professional communication

Prepare practice plans with skill instruction, concepts, conditioning, and safety.
Reinforce academic eligibility and respectful behavior among scholar-athletes.
