Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach's program vision and complete duties for practices, contests, meetings, supervision, travel, and season operations.
• Promote participation and multisport involvement and ensure fair evaluation and roster transparency.
• Prepare for and carry out practice plans including skill instruction, conditioning, and safety.
• Inspect facilities and report concerns promptly to ensure a safe environment.
• Model culturally responsive, non-discriminatory practices and professional conduct.
