You will assist in practices, regattas, and curriculum delivery, coordinate with the coaching staff, and help recruit and prepare teams for competitions while upholding the school's

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience in sailing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sailing fundamentals, racing tactics, safety protocols, and fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in leading the Varsity Sailing Program.
• Support practices and regattas and assist with athlete development.
• Foster a team culture built on sportsmanship, discipline and collaboration.
• Mentor student-athletes on and off the water; help with training curricula.
• Assist in safety-focused sailing instruction, racing tactics, and boat handling.
• Help with youth recruitment, skill progression, and competition readiness.
• Prepare teams for regattas and reinforce race rules and weather decisions.
