• Teach game rules and create opportunities for success during competition.
• Encourage and mentor players to build confidence and sportsmanship.
• Provide structure and a safe environment for player growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents and athletic staff.
• Model integrity and positivity while promoting team values.
• Collaborate with the athletic department for program alignment.
