Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead structured golf practices focused on skill refinement, course strategy, and mental approach
• Manage team selection, player development, and competition lineups
• Instruct players in golf rules, etiquette, scoring, and sportsmanship
• Supervise athletes at all practices, matches, and team travel
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration
• Coordinate with the athletic department and local golf course(s)
• Ensure compliance with NYSPHSAA, Section III, and district policies
• Track player progress and maintain match records
