Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience in track and field, preferably at the high school level.
• Strong knowledge of track and field techniques, training methods, and competition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate student-athletes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of athletes, coaches, and parents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning practices and meets.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or the willingness to obtain certification prior to the season.
• A commitment to the academic success and personal development of student-athletes.
• Must pass a background check and comply with all school district policies and regulations.
• Availability for the entirety of the track season, including evenings and weekends for practices and competitions.
