Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a Head Coach for its Track and Field program. You will plan practices, coach athletes, and lead recruitment while ensuring compliance with all rules. You will guide team development, organize events, and communicate with families and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications
