Qualifications

• Experience coaching golf at the high school level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate student-athletes to reach potential.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Must pass background check and comply with district policies.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during golf season.
• Genuine interest in the development and well-being of student-athletes.

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team activities and expectations.

• Assist in the recruitment and retention of student‑athletes for the golf program.
• Attend coaching clinics and workshops to stay updated on coaching techniques and best practices.
