Job summary

Lewisburg Area High School is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as the Game Manager for varsity boys basketball. You will coordinate home game operations, supervise staff, and ensure equipment and facilities are ready for each game.

You will also manage communications with visiting teams and officials, maintain records, and assist with promoting games to boost community attendance. Flexible evenings/weekends are required during the season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in sports management or event coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting teams, officials, and event staff, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.

• Assist in promoting the games through social media and other communication channels to enhance community engagement and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with all school policies and regulations, as well as any relevant league or governing body rules.
• Collaborate with coaches, athletic directors, and other stakeholders to support the overall success of the basketball program.
