Job summary

Keiser University is seeking a Head Coach in ESports to recruit students for club and varsity teams, schedule practices, and coach intercollegiate matches. The coach will manage arena operations and coordinate travel/recruitment logistics while promoting the program in the community.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license. Master’s degree preferred. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle; car rental eligibility.
• Ability to operate ESports Lab/Arena tech and platforms.
• Competitive level experience with online games; LoL expertise.
• Knowledge of NACE rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students for club and varsity ESports teams.
• Schedule and coach intercollegiate matches and tournaments.
• Schedule practice and arena Lab time; coordinate with teams.
• Instruct players on game strategies and performance principles.
• Maintain squad size and manage recruitment activities per policies.
• Ensure player eligibility and maintain eligibility records.
• Plan travel and recruitment budgets; coordinate logistics.
• Serve as the program's spokesperson in the community.
• Represent the University at ESports events and meetings.
