Indiana University East is seeking an experienced Esports Head Coach to provide strategic leadership for its competitive program in Richmond, Indiana. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years coaching experience.
• 1 year management experience.
• Proficient communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team development, recruitment, competition, budget and operations.
• Establishes strategic roadmap for growth and sustainability.
• Supervise Assistant Coach and student workers’ training and development.
• Represent IU East in NCAA Esports conferences and events.
• Manage program budget, equipment, travel, and procurement.
• Maintain inventory and oversee arena hardware and software upkeep.
• Lead roster selection and team registration within conferences.
• Facilitate post-match debriefs and monitor team morale.
• Analyze patch notes and trends to keep team strategies current.
• Oversee digital branding across social media, web, and broadcasts.
