Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–3 years coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the sport and rules.
• CPR and AED certification or willingness to obtain training.

Responsibilities

• Organizing practices and games.
• Monitor academic progress of student athletes.
• Issue and collect uniforms.
• Provide orientation of a sound program to participants.
• Communicate with coaches and athletic director on progress.
• Prioritize academics over athletics.
• Be on time to scheduled events.
• Train athletes to peak physical condition.
• Put team first and support individual players.
• Stay with the team until the last athlete and guardian departs.
• Collect athlete documentation to stay compliant with policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
